Mp3 help!!!?
My archos 104 doesn’t want to turn on and every time i try to plug it in the hard drive freezes. How can i fix it without taking it to get it fix at a store if possible if not do u know of a place. Can u give me a website that may fix it by downloading some software.
Hold down the power button for 30 secs to soft reset it, then connect it to your computer, if it does not freeze, format it by right clicking on the drive for your mp3 in My Computer.
If it freezes, try a different USB port, make sure your computer is compatible with the MP3 Player, if possible, try connect it to a different computer see if freezes up the PC, if it also freezes up the other PC, then that means the mp3 player is defective, if it doesn’t freeze on the other PC, it means you have compatibility issue between your mp3 player and your computer.
If everything fails, try to contact the Tech Support for your mp3 player for more support.
