Archos 5? vs ipod touch?
Ok heres my question i don’t know what to get.i can’t choose between the archos 5 or the ipod touch. I would like to know what the internet and features of the archos 5 are compared to the ipod touch. The thing is though i already have an older archos(504) for movies so its not that big of a deal if i cant play that many videos the main reason i want it is easy internet access
can anyone tell me:
Is the archos as portable as the ipod touch?(well oviously its bigger but would it be convenient to bring around in your pocket)
Is the internet as robust as the ipod?
and what is the sound quality like on both devices?
Battery life?

Hey, your asking a very good question and I hope I can answer it as best as I can.
I do not know to much on the Archos device, but I know a plenty on the Itouch. I am gonna tell you right off the bat, it is a great MP3 player and multimedia device. Not only can you use your MP3s and videos on it, but you can download from 1000s of applications that are free, or cost some cash!
The Ipod Touch has a great size and its design is very well done. Trust me, if you drop it.. well then you do not care much for your high ticket items! As well cases are easy as 1,2,3 to find for them!
The internet on the Ipod Touch is a great creation! It has such a user friendly interface and is actually pretty fast with the slowest of connections, it trully cannot be beaten!
Now for sound quality it starts to change. The Ipod Touch has a nice sound, but remember that the Ipod has always had a limit to the sound. So if you have a song that is kinda weak, its not gonna be the greatest as the Ipod Touch has not much of a volume system!
I hope this has helped you, and I really would like to see more people buying Ipod Touches or Iphones as they are great devices!
